“During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at Dixson & Sons. The menu was extensive, and we indulged in freshly shucked oysters and a good Murray Cod with Yuzu and Miso. The flavors were lovely, and the soy-glazed BBQ lamb rump paired wonderfully with the sides. I also enjoyed breakfast here; it wasn't a buffet but rather a delicious a la carte experience.
